Lacy Williams,
President, CEO

Lacy Williams is the President and CEO of Texla Energy Management. Mr. Williams possesses over 25 years of experience in the natural gas industry. He began his career in 1987 with Texas Eastern Gas Pipeline as a gas measurement engineer. Texas Eastern was subsequently purchased by Panhandle Eastern, where Mr. Williams continued as Area Manager, Gulf Coast. He founded Texla Energy Management, Inc. in 1993.

Mr. Williams’ strategy emulates that of the most successful entrepreneurs by surrounding himself with the very best talent available.

A graduate of The University of Texas with a BS degree in Petroleum Engineering and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate, Williams is an active member of the IPAA, The Shreveport Wildcatters, Natural Gas Society of East Texas, The National Energy Services Association, and the Young President’s Organization.

Mark Bonney,
Chief Financial Officer & Chief Risk Officer

Mr. Bonney joined Texla in June, 2014, as the Chief Financial Officer and Chief Risk Officer. He has over 20 years of experience primarily in the energy industry, including work at companies such as Exxon, Duke Energy, Valerus, and Sequent Energy Management. This experience included significant work in energy commodities and natural gas trading and marketing. Prior to his time in energy, Mr. Bonney worked in public accounting at Ernst & Young. His experience has included roles in accounting, auditing, risk management, valuation, financial consulting, and financial planning and analysis. Mr. Bonney has a BBA in Accounting from The College of William & Mary, an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia, and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Randy Miller,
VP – Finance & Administration

Mr. Miller has lead Texla’s financial and accounting activities since joining the Company in 1997. He has held similar responsibilities in and outside of the energy industry since 1976, when he held his first accounting position with Gulf Oil Corporation. Mr. Miller received a bachelor’s in Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin in 1976 and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Mark Conely,
Wholesale Trading Manager

Since 2004, Mr. Conely has led Texla’s Wholesale Services team, applying over 25-years’ experience in the natural gas business to manage the largest transactions in the industry.

Through his experiences in natural gas engineering, upstream services, interstate transportation, business development, marketing, and trading, Conely has helped develop Texla’s proprietary wholesale business model – a philosophy that emphasizes customer service, operational excellence, and organizational adaptability.

George Fritz,
Senior Vice President

George Fritz joined Texla Energy Management in 2001, applying his extensive knowledge of natural gas and industry connections to provide producer services for Texla clients, while developing new business opportunities for the company.

Fritz graduated from the University of Houston in 1989 with a degree in Petroleum Engineering. Fritz began his career working for his father’s pipeline company, Coronado Transmission Company. In August, 1990, Fritz continued his career in the gas marketing field with Delta Gas Marketing, later transitioning to End Users Supply System, Texas Ohio Gas, and Aurora Natural Gas.

Fritz started Corpus Christi Gas Marketing in 1995, where he and his partners began energy marketing in the Northeast Region of the United States. In 1998, Fritz sold his corporate equity and began working for Tejas Power as the Director of Gulf Coast Trading.

Fritz is a standing member of the Houston Producers Forum, The National Energy Services Association, Natural Gas & Energy Association of Oklahoma, IPAA, LOGA, Arklatex Oilmen’s Association, and is a member of the Board of Directors of the Gulf States Oil & Gas Association in Mississippi.

Scott Beasley,
Business Development

Scott Beasley joined Texla in 2005 as a member of the business development team. His industry experience not only includes working with producer services clients, but also managing Texla’s ETRM system and numerous contract and compliance related tasks.

Beasley began his career with Tennessee Gas Pipeline, where he worked in the gas operations department as open access was approved by the FERC. Successful stints in marketing natural gas for Citizens Gas Supply, Engage Energy, and Pancanadian Energy have contributed to his broad range of experience, ranging from the wellhead to burner tip.

Beasley has extensive experience serving as a consultant for several ETRM development companies, providing energy trading and risk management services. He received an Accounting degree from Mississippi State University.

Jim Elliott,
Vice President, Business Development

Jim Elliott serves as the Senior Manager in the Texla Dallas location, focusing on project sourcing, executing market pipeline supply contracts, and actively managing production supply. Elliott is also responsible for contract negotiation for gathering, processing, treating, and marketing of natural gas and NGL’s.

Prior to joining Texla, Elliott was the President and Founder of Thinkhire, LP, a Dallas-based information technology supply chain consulting firm. His career in the energy business began with Mobil (ExxonMobil) US Marketing and Refining in 1986, where he held a variety of management positions in business development, operations, financial planning, and training.

Elliott received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Northeastern Illinois University and now serves as an active member of various industry groups, including Dallas Wildcatters, Fort Worth Wildcatters, ADAM Energy Forum, and the Dallas Petroleum Club.

David Musgrove,
Vice President, Business Development

David Musgrove joined Texla in 2010 and has over 18 years of producer wellhead marketing experience. Musgrove’s responsibilities include building and managing a client base, assisting in marketing, processing, NGL sales, transport contracts, trading, contract negotiations, imbalance management, and scheduling.

Prior to his role at Texla, Musgrove served as Director of Magnus Energy Marketing, Ltd., where he helped build the start-up company by managing Manti resources equity gas, and adding third-party gas volumes. A Houston native, Musgrove received a Business degree from Texas A&M University, Galveston.

Andy Alarid,
Business Development

Andy Alarid serves as a Producer Services team member, working to maintain strong relationships with existing customers and assists new producers with connections and agreements. Alarid joined Texla following the purchase of Shoreline Gas, LLC in July, 2013, where he played an integral part in the acquisition process.

While at Shoreline Gas, Alarid was the Director of Operations, managing the day trading of physical gas for Shoreline’s portfolio and all of the company’s production.

Prior to Shoreline Gas, Alarid worked with Magnus Energy Marketing, Ltd from 2005-2010, where he worked across the whole energy spectrum, from an analyst to a physical Natural Gas trader. Alarid received a BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University.
